EMANCIPATED
The love of rain
All that he has quenched for me
The bless-id snow
Through my life, her prints hence show
Within my whole
Wonder plays a vital role
My soul revealed
For all to see
Mysteries of my big blue sea
Down deep
Atop the highest peak
Emancipated, knighted meek
--------------------
But if one stands
upon their head
The clues I give
Leak out instead
Way up high
In the valley low
Servility to what they tow
Creating fear of letting go
It has been said, most pay no heed
No good is gained from mindless greed
The greatest wealth, unbound from strife
Is begotten from a simple life
